CertiFiber screen 'freezes'

To date we have only seen one case of this happening. The CertiFiber appears to lock up. Removing the batteries did not reset the tester.
 
To reset the tester, hold down the On/Off key for 5 seconds. Then power on the CertiFiber and this will resolve the lock up issue.
